Art Group Sees the City as a Canvas

PAWTUCKET – Public art will be up for discussion this evening as a public art curator from the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy in Boston will discuss how communities benefit from large-scale creative installations.

The event is presented by Art Bridges Pawtucket, a city-run effort to bring public art to bridges and overpasses in Pawtucket. The discussion will take place at Machines with Magnets at 400 Main St. tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature Lucas Cowan, public art curator with the Greenway Conservancy in Boston. The event is free and open to all with no registration necessary.
